Patrick Coze founded Ulysse and Co in 2013. Ulysse is an independant financial advisory firm specialisiing in the consumer goods and retail sectors.

Patrick brings an experience of over 25 years in investment banking working initially for Paribas and then for UBS, ABN Amro, Société Générale and DC Advisory. During hid carreer, Patrick advised numerous large multinational groups and medium-size companies in M&A, debt and equity public offerings, public take-overs and valuation opinions.

Patrick holds an MBA from HEC Business School in Paris and a Master in Philosophy from Paris University.
